I made this animated short in under an hour using @SeaArt_Ai and a simple workflow I call: "The Cut Method" No complicated workflows. No dozens of tools. No advanced editing. Just character sheets, one environment, and a series of connected Seedance clips. Workflow below 🧵⬇️

Anyone can make a pretty image. Almost nobody can make the same face twice. That one problem consumed me for weeks. Consistency is what separates content from a brand. I had to crack it before anything else.

GPT-5.5 (xhigh) leads the latest DeepSWE benchmark. what surprised me is where it sits on the cost curve. usually you pay heavily for the last few points of performance. this time OpenAI managed to move both directions at once. better score. reasonable cost. that is much harder than taking first place.
