@michigain1310 @ctkevb He says that here only to avoid getting fined. He’s being snarky, as he absolutely loathes James Breeding - it’s well documented, he got T’d twice and lost 4 of the 6 games Breeding officiated THIS SEASON

Michigan was/is the better team. We also played well enough to win this game. Did everything we could. Don’t think we got a fair shake.

50 seconds left in the national championship game and the winning team has more than 1/3 of their points off FTs. Just a completely unforgivable Rigged officiating outcome @NCAA @FBI investigate these refs

We had more talent this year in college basketball arguably than any year in history. Michigan was the clear best team this year, beating every team in the tournament comfortably. In light of that context, they have to be in the conversation as one of the greatest ever.

Michigan scored 61 of its 69 points from the paint or free throw line in the win ✨ The Wolverines' 36 paint points were the most allowed by UConn all tournament 😮

@JayhawkTakeover Not sure what the context of that quote is (makes no sense) but we play to win. If you don’t win the natty, we’re not celebrating being runner up - You’re either the champ, or you’re not. So yeah, we came up empty.

@BFW Fouls were out of whack in the first half for who exactly? They got whistled just for touching a Michigan player

I know people thought UConn got a bad whistle tonight but they chose to play that way. It was the only chance they had. Fouls were out of whack in the first half but second half I thought it was even officiating. Michigan was just better.

@RGIII You forgot to mention Michigan’s 25 points off free throws from phantom fouls. I watched the game, the officiating was horrific

Michigan was clearly the better team. They shot 38% from the field and 13% from 3 point range, got out rebounded, had fewer assists and still won the National Championship on their off day. #GOBlue

UConn fans crying about the fouls can't have it both ways You can't play overly aggressive defense all over the place and NOT expect them to call it I get that as a strategy - it's what i do in men's leagues - but it's pretty clear here they NEED to stop fouling

Wild sequence. One Michigan player causes THREE players from UCONN to fall in just a couple of seconds. The first was not a foul.
