@HDMOVIESOURCE The second half is noticeably weaker than the first. The Michael Madsen bar scenes serve little purpose. Its pretty terrible. The longer animation sequence also extends something that didn't need extending. Curious to see if the disc looks as poor as it did theatrically.

Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair finally shows the movie the way Tarantino built it. No cliffhanger. No recap. The Crazy 88 fight is back in full color. The violence is restored. The Japan footage is folded in. The new anime sequence hits hard. O‑Ren’s backstory runs longer. The extra scenes finally breathe. The pacing feels different when it all plays as one film. The intermission lands right in the middle like it always should have. This is the full cut he finished in 2004. The one that sat in the dark for twenty years.
