My Thoughts On Ryan Coogler’s ‘X-Files’ Reboot: Black ppl don’t believe in anything they can’t see, smoke or spend, so SUPERNATURAL PHENOMENA will be a non-starter. Now that women have destroyed the future of Star Trek, time to move on to the next sci-fi hit. They've only announced the BLACK FEMALE LEAD, so that tells you what this show is really all about. Ryan Coogler only makes things the BLACK way so, like with IRONHEART, it will be the GHETTO version. Which means most of the existing MAJORITY WHITE fanbase will be CHASED AWAY. Danielle Deadwyler will probably be the "Mulder," because she’s a black woman and therefore has to be in charge. "Scully" will be a weak beta man, probably divorced with a daughter who hates him, who’s happily led around by his FEMALE SUPERIOR(S). Skinner will, of course, be a BLACK WOMAN ala Viola Davis or Angela Bassett. THE SMOKING MAN will of course stay WHITE, because he's the bad guy. Jennifer Yale will serve as showrunner, but she turned "The Copenhagen Test" into a woke feminist nightmare, right down to adding Alzheimer's lesbians to the action. Prediction: FAILURE. Because like "Lovecraft County," "HBO's Watchmen," "Them," and "Swarm," nobody wants their television to FIX RACISM and ASSIGN BLAME. Dont get me wrong, I paid to see "Sinners" and it was an entertaining flick. But this show will be closer to "Black Panther 2" than the first one. And just as "Starfleet Academy" didn't "boldly go" into a bright future... ...this reboot won’t investigate the unknown. It will EMPOWER WOMEN, REPRESENT MINORITIES AND DISABLED PEOPLE, and most likely SUCK AT ALL OF THAT. Hollywood’s agenda: erase white leads, insert Black empowerment, lose the audience.
