For the first two, they just need to show the court “reasonable grounds” to suspect you. For the third, your actual conversations, they need a slightly stronger reason. National security. A serious crime. Economic interests of the state. That’s it. No warning. No notification. Your provider can’t even tell you it happened. This is not a rumour. It is Sections 69 to 74 of Act 1038, a law most Ghanaians have never read. Now you know 👍🏾
