I would close my eyes and reflect; what if time is so vast that it never started, and because we're here now, and the universe exists, didn't it start from something, nothing just 'exists', my understanding is there is a start and an end to everything. The day starts and ends, I can't just live in my imagination (tell that to JRR Tolkien Lol), but where does the universe end? What does that look like, or feel like? Then I would think about nothing. I would lie still, not move a muscle, like I got Roc'd. I imagined 'nothing'. I felt nothing, there were no stars or planets, no galaxies, just darkness and some way to be aware of that Nothingness.
