cal estimate ? its like a "carbonara" and i weighed it cooked and it was 235 grams (i didnt make it so idk exactly whats in it...) i left about a quarter of it. is 400 a good estimate?

@tinyprincessc there’s like foam tape/plasters to protect the back of your heel
you can use cut to size plaster with dressing too but that’s not as good as the foam
also please consider easing off for at least a few days so your skin can heal and strengthen🫂🫂

does anyone know how to prevent the back of ur socks and shoes from getting blood on them after long walks . all my shoes and socks are so ugly now because they have blood stains

so Like i lowkey just forced myself to down a 1.5 liter bottle of water because i Need to up my water intake and then my stomach started hurting so bad and i Immediately puked all over myself um.

@tinyprincessc different shoes, bandaids are a temporary fix but at the end of the day if you want to take long walks often you need a good pair of shoes to support your feet
