2 years later... problem solved. I'll miss the old boarding process. Honestly I think the airline wanted to change the process because some investors forced the issue for $$$$. The wheelchair ssue just gave them selves cover.

Pre-boarding scam at @SouthwestAir 20 passengers boarding using a wheelchair and probably only 3 need one to deplane.
