Lack of Muscle mass is the bigger problem than Poor diet among Indians. We won’t win any medals at the Olympics with our diet, but people will not be Sick atleast if they had more Muscle mass. We badly need that Gym culture. We need people to stop thinking “What we will do with all the Muscles”

Personal experience ChatGPT can't handle a full fledged project on workout and diet. In just 78 days it is unable to load history or reply correctly. This is a real life use case and not an armchair analyst research work. The project chat has a dozen daily entries including pics, videos and text. It is telling me to make a new chat with a summary and not add pictures to that chat. Unable to load on most occasions on devices with excellent configuration and superfast internet. This is the paid version called ChatGPT plus. A complete waste because you cant rely on it. Apps like myfitnesspal and others where you can do manual and bar code entries are far superior.
