$IREN is doubling down on their neocloud I’m not convinced GPU depreciation exposure is the way to go Especially with so many MWs available Lock in a good colocation deal and at least secure safe cash flows for 10–20 years

@Agrippa_Inv Indeed, my better half managed to hit the exit button at $75 and no matter how hard I tried to convince her she could buy back all the shares and still have a bundle of cash she is happy to be out and ‘secure’ something to be said for it and that number will differ for everyone!

If $IREN exceeds what I perceive to be “fair value” I’ll definitely trim the position and potentially even sell out entirely. I’m not married to any stock, and never will. That being said, I would most likely get back into the stock not too long after… once it has cooled off a little. The long term potential of $IREN is undeniable. Selling our completely would obviously come with some significant risks on the opportunity cost side. Anyways, first things first ;)

New $IREN Deep Dive Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been working on a new deep dive laying out why $IREN is one of the best picks for 2026. The report covers $IREN's near term catalysts, the company’s fundamental setup, and my newly updated $IREN price target. Spoiler: my new 2026 price target is MULTIPLES above the current share price. I didn’t just shoot in the dark for this PT. I modelled out what upcoming hyperscaler deals could look like using our proprietary tool, then took the projected 2027 earnings, applied a reasonable forward PE multiple, and backed into the 2026 target. Honestly, I think this is one of my best research pieces to date. In many ways it’s a natural continuation of the free deep dive we published when launching Agrippa Investments on Substack. I went deeper on a few key topics like the power shortage, $IREN's construction flywheel, and addressed some of the concerns floating around about the $MSFT deal.
