I'm moving on from the Farage/Question Time debacle. We'll never know the truth & certainly won't get it from Farage or the BBC.

Have you ever seen #BBCQT defend a politician before? Firstly: 12/3/26 Manchester. Lucy Powell Manchester Central 2/10/25 Belfast. John Finucane Belfast North 23/1/25 Manchester. Lucy Powell Manchester Central 19/9/24 Manchester. Lucy Powell Manchester Central 29/2/24 London. David Lammy Tottenham 1/11/2018 Clacton. Giles Watling Clacton Secondly, why have Reform been on 60% of 2026 shows considering they have 1.2% of MPs?
BBC Question Time@bbcquestiontime

There is a longstanding policy on Question Time not to invite MPs on in their local constituencies unless it’s for a single-issue special programme. This is why Mike Tapp MP appeared on the panel in his constituency for the immigration special in Dover.

So - not only did #Farage lie about not being allowed to be on in an MP’s own constituency, but now it appears #BBCQT has lied to try to justify his lie?? Someone’s head should roll at the BBC for this! It damages what little trust there is left for BBC impartiality - we see them blatantly pandering to Nigel Farage, spinning “longstanding policies,” and LEAPING to his defence the moment he’s challenged. This is funded by licence fee payers - its unacceptable to show blatant bias like this.

@DeborahMeaden @Nigel_Farage @grok They had Mike Tapp MP at QT in Dover (which is his constituency). This was only a few weeks back. So clearly, Nigel Farage is lying 🤥; yet again.

I wasn’t able to take part in #BBCQT from Clacton tonight, as we were told MPs are not allowed to appear on the show in their own constituencies. I’m sure I’ll be back on before too long!

Nigel Farage is still on the run from yesterday's PMQs and despite being invited to appear, will not be on the panel on tonight’s Question Time, which is being aired from his Clacton constituency! HOWEVER - worry not @bbcquestiontime Have gone above and beyond and booked my ole pal @iamtomskinner as his replacement. But I'm still too much....

@AdamShurey @narindertweets @XCompounds *she said his post got 10 million views and it was mostly hate. When it was pointed out that he turns comments off she said it was the retweets. If you are going to try and be a smart arse you should try working on your reading comprehension.

The mayor of London posted about having a coffee and he got views of almost 10million and mostly hate. This isn't normal behaviour. This is proof (along with the meltdown over a bunch of ppl praying in a square) of just how deeply radicalised the right-wing have become.

Fed up with ethnic minorities feeling the need to thank the PM for saying bare minimum! What's to thank? All he said was we are a diverse country... At the same time they peddle out unbritish vile immigration policies- its all BS.
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

I’m proud of our tolerant and diverse country. I’m proud that in Trafalgar Square we celebrate all faiths. That’s British values. The comments from Nick Timothy are shameful. Kemi Badenoch should do the right thing and sack him.

@wtid @robstaton @SWFCTrust Typical response really. You don’t like the argument, one made by your own fans, so you redirect your ire to the one sharing it. That’s strange.
