Your saying you've seen a stagecoach vehicle and automatically assumed that is stagecoach service even though driver told you its not and then complained that they won't take the ticket??

Awful customer service at busy Edi station. Waited in queue with return ticket for, we thought, a @StagecoachEScot bus. Then told couldn’t get on if hadn’t booked and ‘can see how busy it is’ then let us on but it’s @ScotCitylink service on SC bus. Charged double for one way!

@JamieYo43095981 @StagecoachEScot @ScotCitylink Thanks, my post wasn’t arguing that, however as most passengers aren’t mind readers, when you see a Stagecoach bus it’s not unreasonable to expect a SC service. Or that station/driving staff won’t speak to you like you’re an idiot. The Citylink price is another matter entirely..

@StagecoachEScot Thanks, tbh it was the Citylink driver and station staff that were the problem. Didn’t help that they used a Stagecoach bus to run a Citylink service then refused my return ticket as it was a Stagecoach one. Then charged me double your return fare for one way!

This is Louis the Papillion. 16 months old. Tiny, cheeky, brave. He won my heart. Unfortunately today, on the second anniversary of my fathers passing, Louis was hit by a truck. We tried to get him to the vet, but he died in my arms while I was telling him how much we loved him.
