Another week, another journey on this mouldy, stinking, unacceptable bus. £9 a day to ride this thing. Guarantee @StagecoachEScot will just ask the service time and number so they can investigate. THIS THING SHOULDN’T BE USED FOR PAYING PASSENGERS.

@DianeAn98328737 Hi Diane, the 1525 due to leave Edinburgh was tracking from Ferrytoll P & R at 1620 it shows all previous stops from Edinburgh to North Queensferry: North Access as bypassed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused to your journey, Lia

@StagecoachEScot Can you tell me what happened to the X61 from Edinburgh Bus Station heading into Fife, that was scheduled to leave at 15:25? It was live tracked to Ferrytoll en route to Edinburgh then disappeared. Nobody at the station could help me.

@StagecoachEScot your 31 service Dunf-G'rothes..once it leaves l'gelly does it pass Auld Hoose pub in bowhill on its way to kinglassie? If so, will it be stopping at bus stops in bowhill or just going str8 to kinglassie without stopping?

@red_stalin14 I’m really sorry for the delay to your X22 service, 17 minutes is understandably frustrating, especially when you’re waiting with no update. I’m also sorry to hear about your experience with the driver. I’ve shared this with the team so it can be looked into. -Ivy

@StagecoachEScot x22 turns up. Finally. With singularly THE most miserable, rude, who gives a toss driver. I asked him why he was 19 minutes late. Just looked at me. Total silence. Driver looks new to job. And already has the bus driver attitude and culture. Fantastic

@StagecoachEScot hi there I was just wondering why the 8A to alloa at 16.40pm never turn up it says it would be at dunfermline for 16.55pm but it never show up can you explain to me Kind regards Michael

@davidhood Hi David, Unfortunately, company policy states that once the doors have been closed, the driver is considered to have committed to departing and is not permitted to reopen them. We would always recommend that customers are at the bus stop at least 5 minutes prior. - Ari

@StagecoachEScot - 11.40 X55 from Edinburgh, driver wouldn't let a few passengers in as he had closed the door, but still a) would have been on time leaving and b) sat for a minute at least before reversing back. Not impressed

@kegelly1976 Hi - We're sorry for the delay you experienced. The bus left Edinburgh on time but got delayed in service. By the time it reached Queensferry, it was 18 minutes late. We do our best to run on time, but sometimes heavy traffic causes delays. Thank you for your understanding. Bea

@StagecoachEScot does the x61 from Kirkcaldy to st Andrews ever run on time. Beyond a joke now and you don't run a service before it. Jokers.
