Anybody else having performance issues with @resharper 2018.1.1 in #csharp? The typing lag is pretty aweful.

@feO2x @resharper I have issues for at least 3 months with R# unfortunately. I love R# so really hope they will fix their performance issues. VS constantly shows me R# is causing performance problems :( Let me know how I can help @resharper
