I am really glad you dig the setting. We have mainly focused on the visuals so far, but we are continuously testing different anomaly ideas. At the same time, we want them to align with the story while still being interesting from a gameplay perspective. That said, we are also testing some audio anomalies to see if they would be a good fit.

@2ndGuessStudio Post-Soviet abandoned hospital is such an unsettling setting for an anomaly detection game. I dig the Exit 8 format for this kind of environment where everything already looks slightly wrong. Are the anomalies purely visual or do some of them involve sound cues too?
