@55MMAC @CBSNews Not a violation for non-govt employers to require proof of vaccination. HIPAA applies only to covered entities (health care plans) & their associates when they handle PHI. Employers are not covered entities when acting as employer. Info in employment records is excluded from PHI.

Lost their jobs since refused the vacc. Or literally INJURED by the daily testing with huge oversized swabs until our congressman stepped in.
