Hey, @grok , who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was

Researchers smashed a weight onto mice’s skulls. Then smashed it over and over until they stopped breathing. They died with their skulls cracked open on a lab table. The next group took the same hit. Same weight. Same force. Same damage. But they got one dose of BPC-157 after impact. They woke up. The hemorrhaging stopped. The swelling reversed. Their brains healed. (PMID: 19931318) That’s a brain. The most complex organ in your body. And BPC-157 brought it back from hemorrhage. Your torn ACL is a simpler problem. Your stiff Achilles is a simpler problem. Your clicking shoulder is a simpler problem. And you’ve been told to just live with it. You foam roll. You ice. You stretch. You modify every lift. You tell yourself it’s fine. It’s not fine. It’s been months and the mirror proves it every morning. And at some point you stopped expecting it to heal. You just manage it now. Nobody told you the tissue stopped healing halfway. Not because it can’t — because it never got the signal to continue. BPC-157. 15 amino acids. Already in your stomach juice. Not invented — discovered. → Traumatic brain injury: survived what killed the controls (PMID: 19931318) → Severed knee ligament: complete recovery from drinking water (PMID: 20225319) → Achilles tendon transection: full structural recovery (PMID: 14554208) → 544 studies. No lethal dose found at any amount. Your physio gave you exercises. Your doctor gave you time. Neither gave you the signal your tissue needs to actually finish repairing. My training partner tore his knee in a pickup game. 8 months of rehab. Still couldn’t cut without hesitating. Started BPC-157. Week 4 he stopped bracing. Week 8 he changed direction without thinking about the knee for the first time since the injury. Not fully healed — but moving forward instead of managing. Your injury isn’t permanent. It’s just unfinished. CHECK COMMENTS FOR BPC-157! Rest gives tissue time. BPC-157 gives it the signal to use it. BPC-157 is not FDA-approved. Preclinical evidence. Not medical advice.

@985loop_rM Potatoes do contain these alkaloids. You can minimize through peeling and not eating green potatoes. Peeling and boiling can also mitigate some oxalates. Potatoes don't work for everyone but it's been interesting to experiment and remain open minded.

Meat and potatoes have always been elite. You father knew this, your grandfather knew this... You could almost live on these two foods. Throw in a little fruit for vitamin C, what else do you need?

I'm not sure it's possible to create a simpler, more nutritious diet. Variety is great. So is simplicity.

VIRAL: Candace Owens Reacts to @Druski’s Lore-Accurate Skit About “Conservative Women in America" (we know know who he was impersonating 😉) "This is how everybody's feeling. Everybody. For the first time it's not left or right — it feels fake, it feels wrong."

THIS MAN'S UNCLE HAD A MYSTERY ILLNESS FOR 25 YEARS. EVERY DOCTOR MISSED IT. CLAUDE FIGURED IT OUT IN ONE CONVERSATION. his 62 year old uncle had kidney failure, diabetes, hypertension, a stroke, and severe migraines that ONLY happened when lying down to sleep. neurologists couldn't explain it. nephrologists couldn't explain it. brain MRI showed nothing obvious. so he brought everything to Claude. Claude caught what every doctor missed: the headaches are positional. lying down triggers them. that's a textbook sleep apnea signal. > pulled research showing 40-57% of dialysis patients have undiagnosed sleep apnea > read his brain MRI report and flagged findings other doctors overlooked > asked about snoring. answer: loud snoring for 25 years > calculated his sleep apnea risk score: 6-7 out of 8 they got the sleep study done. results were terrifying: > breathing stops 119 times per night > oxygen drops to 78% (dangerously low) > 47 oxygen desaturations per hour > 28 minutes per night below safe oxygen levels they put him on a CPAP machine. headaches gone. 25 years of loud snoring and daily exhaustion. every doctor said "dialysis fatigue" or "just getting old." it was sleep apnea the entire time. potentially causing his hypertension, contributing to his stroke, and definitely causing his migraines. Claude even translated the full home care plan and CPAP instructions for his family. AI didn't replace his doctors but it connected dots across nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, and ENT that no single specialist was doing.
