If the most Hon'ble PM wants us to use less oil i.e Petrol , Diesel & use public transport, he should ask all his ministers & state CMs & their ministers etc not to use cavalcades. More importantly all government babus must only use public transport!

But it is due to democracy that Islamists are able to create Sharia Zones where democracy does not operate. And Sharia Zones don't shrink; they expand outward. Petrol Reality 🤐 According to Indian Oil Corporation reports, Base price of petrol is around ₹53/litre. In India: 
• Dealer commission ~ ₹4
• Central Excise ~ ₹22
• State Tax ~ ₹17 Final Price = ₹100+ Meaning ₹39+ goes into govt pocket. But when petrol is exported to Bhutan, India exempts these taxes. So Bhutan gets petrol near base price. You should perhaps travel through another place in Guwahati this time. This is actually close to the BJP headquarters of Ghy, near Chroma store of Jayanagar. Then suggest us how people will commute on foot or bicycle through such places?
