@Swiggy bad customer support aside, your support agents have also started lying on face these days? I raises a concern regarding quality issues for a food I ordered this noon. To which I was initially offered a refund of rupees 50, which I was clearly not satisfied with. 1/3

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy And FYI, I still don't have a satisfactory resolution. So please don't try to justify a bad customer suport altogether.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy and when I confronted your call center agents about the same they accepted that no such refunds have been processed and while I sat on the line for ten mins for three times in a row trying to connect to a supervisor for a resolution, all your supervisors looked very busy.

Swiggy refunds are usually instant, however since it can upto 2 hours, I waited for the refund to be credited back but since that didn't happen I contacted with customer support over call and that's where I was told only rupees 50 was refunded and nothing else. 3/3

I raised a request to connect with an agent and this lady was assigned to me, who mentioned she can arrange a full refund back to source. I agreed and within 10 mins she wrote back that she has arranged a full refund back to souce. 2/3
