In 2023, I applied to over a 100+ jobs, got stuck in the rat race, and barely got any solid responses. 2 months ago, I applied to 30 roles, over which 50% converted. It wouldn't have been different if I hadn't cold emailed this way:

if i've learnt one thing by being in vc for a year - what you’re willing to do right now matters far less than why you’re capable of doing it in the first place. people always bet on pattern recognition.

Blinkit's core market is running out of headroom. CAC is rising, every competitor has matched the 10 min promise & dark store density in metros is approaching saturation. So @letsblinkit's expansion makes sense - but airports are an odd next step. Some raw thoughts on this🧵

talking to second time founders who are fascinated with a new market just because it’s growing fast is like dating a person because you find them hot always ends in disappointment

Question to designers and design managers: I have heard a lot of orgs don't allow you to save proprietary (design) work with yourself. But how do they prevent this?

two divergent quotes on software i've read over the past month, both equally compelling: "software engineering IS a creative job, don't let anyone tells you otherwise" - @rnjn "the best time to learn coding was 10 years ago, and the second best time was never" - @dharmeshba

Our annual LP Day happened recently, and our portfolio founders shared some macro insights about India that I think deserve a wider audience. Here’s what they’re seeing on the ground across solar, diagnostics, skilling, ecomm, and more🧵

With every tech wave, when one thing becomes abundant, value shifts to what becomes scarce because of it. When information became abundant, attention became the scarce asset. When content became abundant, trust & credibility became the scarce asset. AI is making intelligence abundant. So the question is what becomes scarce (and valuable!) because of it?

it's been so rare to have AI companies that have taste & good branding, and to unironically not fall into the AI slop trap with their content the only two indian companies doing this well are @emergentlabs & @SarvamAI

I’m going to lose it if I ever hear / see “This is not X, this Y” again😡 This AI generated rhetorical flip is everywhere - from news articles to TV shows to podcasts to tweets. On LinkedIn - especially on LinkedIn.
