@AssmannLab
Dr. Assmann Research Group studying stress physiology from molecular mechanisms to whole plant phenotypes at Penn State University

🌾 In our latest paper in Plant Communications we present Oryza CLIMtools—a new resource to explore climate-associated genetic variants in rice🌍🧬. We utilized these tools to evaluate the roles of G proteins in adapting to local climates @CLIMtools @GrameneDatabase @MPlantPCom

Extra-large G proteins have extra-large effects on agronomic traits and stress tolerance in maize and rice dlvr.it/Snf02j

I won first place for poster presentation at @PennStateBio student research showcase. @AssmannLab 😊

Had a great time sharing my work with @AssmannLab and @phil_bevilacqua on drought-induced RNA Structural changes in rice seedlings at #PlantBiology2022
