I know my faults and shortcomings, and even if I work on bringing them in line, life's given me no reason to expect or hope to meet someone. So yeah, as depressing as it is, I have given up on love for myself.

@MechThumbs @moonchild23580 No no. There's the disadvantage of you dont have anyone to comfort you at your lowest. You dont have anyone to hold at night after being touch starved for years. No one you can be truly open and vulnerable with. It's mostly lose-lose imo.
