@InvesysCapital There is a caveat to this. Index Funds do better near market bottom because Fund Managers pile up save large caps. But during an up-run, active funds perform better hands down.

Not every Index is worth Indexing In Smallcap space active funds usually do much better than Index funds Baki aapki marzi..
