ESPN sources: the Chicago Bears are working to finalize a trade that would send WR D.J. Moore to the Buffalo Bills. Compensation still is being discussed, and the trade cannot be processed until the new league year begins, but both sides are pushing to make it happen.

ESPN Insider @DanGrazianoESPN on the future of S Jaquan Brisker in Chicago: “The 2022 second-round pick still doesn’t have an extension, which isn’t the best sign in terms of his future with a team that has a ton of offseason decisions to make. It sounds to me as if Brisker will have an outside market that prices him out of Chicago.” Really hope the Bears can keep Brisker but sounds like it’ll depend on the price tag. 💰

My early educated guess is that Kevin Byard returns on another 2 year deal & Brisker walks in free agency to the highest bidder. The #Bears are no longer in a position to pay more than two, maybe 3 DBs top money.
