Yesterday we celebrated the 36th anniversary of Steven Spielberg’s historical epic, Empire of the Sun. Not only did our VFX work on the 1987 picture consist of miniatures, but our CG department digitally-created a squadron of Japanese Ki-96 heavy fighters flying over Shanghai.
