Made $400,000+ on Gumroad selling digital products for women.
Skincare routines, beauty ebooks, glow-up checklists, and self-care guides.
Just simple PDFs that help women feel confident, look better, and take control of their health.
I broke it all down in a PDF. 📄
Comment “Gum” and I will send it to you

Hey @harleyf @ShopifySupport
My Shopify Payments account has been holding alittle under half a million since Dec 19, 2024.
We ship out orders from our US warehouse (Texas), not dropshipping.
All orders (incl. chargebacks) are fulfilled, and every requested docs (proof of shipment, invoices, etc.) have been submitted.
We’re a legit US/CA based brand with a big team, working hard to give our customers the best experience possible.
But at this rate, we have no cash flow to run our business or pay employees, putting us at risk of shutting down.
Please review this urgently. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you.
If you can RT for reach. id appreciate

@alyasdq If working with an agent in China, what is a good setup to quality-check our inventory and hold our agent accountable for greatness? Our supplier recently lowered product quality behind our back
English

@BrettEcom Well what else can you do dawg
Just get few creators to recreate your best ad
Get backup profiles and pages in place
English

@frankkgabriel how many ads/concepts are you launching per day/week?
English

@frankkgabriel When 45 new ads are being tested this week, what are you doing with last week’s ads? Interested in your thought process
English

@BrettEcom no, but you can if you want, it makes no difference

@shauneng If you use Whitelisted or Secondary FB Pages in an ad account, are you making separate campaigns? What’s best practice you think?

I used to test a sh*t ton of FB creatives but still get STUCK at $200k/mth for an Ecom brand
People always say you need to test more, more, MORE!
But I think this is a trap that a lot of people fall into
To get to $100k/month all you need to do is just volume
Scaling to $1M/mth and beyond
Putting in more volume
Results to A LOT of junk volume
"But my team and I can pump out a shit load of creatives per week"
Sure.
How many ads in there did you actually go deep into customer research for?
That you're confident will be a winning ad?
Chances are if you're stuck scaling there are 2 things
1) You don't understand your customers well enough
You fix the first part by actually doing the boring stuff - constant customer research
There's no best place to do research, it's as much as possible, wherever possible
A few of my personal favorites are:
Using an Amazon review scrapper tool called Shulex
and going through TikTok/YT/FB comments
2) Your ads weren't executed properly
You fix this part by doing ad learnings.
Staring at each ad for 15 minutes if you have to
Coming up with a hypothesis on why it did/did not do well
Actually learning so you stop making the same mistakes
These 2 steps will help you have more INTENT on your ads
I told 2 of my buddies that and they scaled to $20-50k+/day just like that
Going back to the drawing board and redoing your customer research
Putting aside your ego of what worked and what did not
That is what will help you scale.
Not hiring some UGC agency to generate a ton of content for you to spam test
TLDR; Stop spam testing and test ads with intent to get to $1M/mth and beyond
Tis the way of the chad scaler

@IstvanicMarin 3 minutes. Send a reminder 1hr before & 5 minutes before. If they don’t respect your time, move on
English

@IstvanicMarin @timwillhyde Facebook updated our entire dashboard yesterday. We saw the drop on 7/26. 7/27 was back to normal for us
English

@timwillhyde Any idea what could be causing this huge drop?
