@Chrisbr23476200 @lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE I have been waiting for ten days. No updates on the world tracer website and no luck on any of their phone lines. I got through twice and the call got “dropped” both times with no way to reconnect to the person who I was talking with.

@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE Hey Lufthansa - you know what would be really useful? Everywhere where there is a luggage crisis due to mishandling by you or your agents - Frankfurt, Manchester, Munich, Dublin etc seem to be trending right now - why don’t you provide daily updates?

@ArenaJet @timesofindia Maybe @lufthansa and Mr. Spohr should sort out their current problems delivering service elsewhere before they expand operations. There are hundreds of passengers still waiting for their bags and compensation.

Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr in his recent interview to @timesofindia also hinted the comeback of Austrian Airlines to India. Austrian Airlines is a Lufthansa group airline which stopped flights from Vienna to India some years back.

@lufthansa There is no phone number on my lost luggage report. Your North American 877 number goes to an endless recording of the same mind numbing on-hold loop music. Your continued lack of service astounds me.
