Just how poor is @virginmedia customer support? Chatbot sends you to WhatsApp but that fails, so it asks you to msg them, it fails too. So try the phone & of course you're put on hold whilst repeatedly being told how easy it is to chat using myVM app, but it has no chat option!

Can I go back to Europe where stuff works, UK broken. Bristol taxis turn up late, can't even reach train station due to roadworks & traffic. Train back from London 5 mins late leaving, no platform announcement, just remove train from board instead. Then 20+ mins late by 1st stop

@beardedjourno Almost a bit too fast to follow😀 So fears about the route being poorly thought out & downright dangerous are proved true. Its a major non-car route, that sees a lot of use throughout the day, every day. Clearly the diversion is made up by someone who never leaves their metal box

Checked out the Festival Way diversion earlier today. Yes, I know how to have fun on a sunny Sunday.

This path is part of the National Cycle Network and is extremely well-used. The official diversion also seems unnecessarily circuitous with cyclists told to walk along a narrow pavement. Here’s hoping a planned eight-month closure means only eight months. bristol247.com/news-and-featu…
