@Rahul_AKxSKfan Verdict is dependent on theatrical recovery. If theatrical value is 100 crs gross (50 crs share), then movie making 100 crs is a hit 80 is average and less than 50 is a disaster. For Vaa vaathiyaar theatrical gross value will at least be 50 crs. It hardly recovered 30%.

Rest are moved to second half. A bad year for tamil cinema so far with Karuppu alone being the only saving grace in the medium/big budget movies category. Small movies are doing very well.

Suriya and Nelson looks like a Sakkara pongal and Vadacurry combo. Nelson's strong zone is humour which is not exactly Suriya's strength. But, I felt the same about #Karuppu too . So, this might work out well for both too. Hope it is 48 or 49th movie and not 50th.
