Democracy is worth defending. At Halifax I sat on a panel with General Jennie Carignan, Garry Kasparov and Hanna Hopko and argued democracies must turn intent into action: raise defence spending, widen joint exercises and intelligence-sharing, and boost cyber resilience. (1/2)
