Rit is a brilliant leader who was a terrific DEP commissioner. He did a great job driving a climate agenda in a challenging administration. He leaves big shoes to fill. Grateful for his partnership and service to our city.

Most were unaware but he chose corporate air polluters over residents, related to engine idling enforcement and related programs/policy.
