Well done @IcelandFoods 👏🏻 I did a big shop in one of your stores a few days ago and ended up spending over £200… but honestly, it was worth every penny! Once you start filling the trolley with all those brilliant offers, you just can’t stop! 😂 I’ve completely stocked up – my fridge, huge chest freezer and cupboards are all full to bursting. I genuinely won’t need to do another big shop for ages. The value is unbelievable! To anyone with a family, Iceland really is hard to beat for proper good value right now. Massive respect for looking after your staff too. Stories like the one in the news today show what a decent company you are. Keep it up! ✊🏻

I would just like to set a few things straight. I support Reform as I happen to think they are the last chance we have to save the country. That is my opinion, I’m not asking you to agree. I voted for @reformparty_uk in the last GE before it became trendy to do so, or before I appeared at their conference in 2025. I am not on their payroll. I have not signed a NDA 😂 They do not tell me what I can or cannot say. All opinions are my own! If they did or do something I disagree with I would happily say so. They are a political party, with the best will in the world they aren’t going to get everything right all of the time. You also have the right to disagree with decisions they make. You can’t please all of the people all of the time and as grown adults we should be able to communicate our disagreements without slinging mud and wanting people cancelled. I will be voting @reformparty_uk in the next GE because that is MY choice.

Dear @waitrose I need to do my weekly shop, I don’t normally go to your place for this, but I’ve recently heard I can get it all for free. See you later on.

Let's be honest. The reason Keir Starmer voted against an inquiry into Pakistani rape gangs THREE TIMES (and is now watering it down) is because it will reveal his own failings as DPP. He's up to his neck in it. And Labour are complicit. I despise them.

Over the past 6 months I’ve been working closely with @JournoZak of @Daily_Express .Today’s front page story about the horrors of how the Rochdale children were failed, how they were treated as less than human is not new. It’s what directly led me to resign from @gmpolice in late 2012. I was ashamed to have been part of such a despicable case! I have spoken about it constantly since 2013, I covered it in my book and have supported Amber and Ruby for over 12 years to fight against police and cps to expose how horrifically they were treated. I was grateful that in 2022 the new Chief Constable of @gmpolice finally formally apologised. His predecessor Ian Hopkins QPM very forcefully and for years refused. And @peter1fahy turned away and condoned their treatment whilst Chief Constable. In my opinion both are not fit for office! However even though we had “face to face” meetings with @CPSUK Crown Prosecution Service in London even as recently as 2023, they still refused to apologise, refused to say they won’t use these same what I consider disgusting “tactics” again, and that is very concerning. Where Zak Garner-Purkis has made such great strides is in strengthening what I’ve always said, what Ruby and Amber have always said, by finding direct claims made publicly by Keir Starmer where he owns the decision making on this case! It’s abhorrent to me. Always was and always will be. And that he was Director of Public Prosecutions signing this off says so much about the type of man he is! It speaks for itself tbh. No conscience, no principles, no humanity. For the very first time ever Ruby has shared her story with a journalist. It’s taken huge courage for her to open this box yet again. But she wants everyone to know how she and Amber were treated. I took her to meet Zak and here is the first part of this expose, and more will follow in coming weeks… It knocked me sick from the first day I knew what they did to Amber and Ruby, but in all honesty this is the first time a national newspaper has wanted to go into the detail in this way. Thankyou Zak. X express.co.uk/news/uk/218982…

The cumulative cost to our beleaguered NHS of 15 doctors’ strikes in 3 years is a whopping 3 BILLION !! All in a bid for more money in their which the country simply hasn’t got to give them. Can’t they see that all working people would like more money in our pockets? They can’t strike their way out of this mess! Yet I wonder how many of these young doctors are saying they’ll vote Green, which will make the unsustainable nightmare of higher welfare bills than tax revenue EVEN WORSE?!!🤡

Anyone who’s openly right of Far Left, publicly endorsing small c conservativism, Christian, pro life, or just common sense, will already be familiar with this brazen level of aggression and visceral hate. This intimidation epitomises the dystopian nightmare we’ll be living under constantly should the next general election produce a Regressive Far Left Alliance. It really will be our last chance.

I hear that Waitrose are standing by their apalling decision to sack Walker Smith- a brave employee who stood up to a shop lifter.🙄 But apparently Iceland has told Walker that he’d be more than welcome there. 👍 Which retailer would you target if you were a shop lifter? 🤷‍♀️ Perhaps one of the reasons that retailer charges its paying customers a premium? 🤔 Posh but stupid.🤡

🚨 BREAKING I had my doubts about this protest and whether it would happen or not in large numbers. It's looking historical. SHUT IT DOWN! There's no point in showing up for an hour and going home. Stay there and don't move!!

Luke Charters voted in favour of decriminalising abortion to birth, so it’s rather hard to stomach his emotional post about holding a newborn baby. What a shame Luke can switch off his emotions until the moment the child emerges!
Luke Charters MP@lukejcr

Imagine holding your newborn child. And being told you have to go straight back to work, simply because you’ve just started a new job. That ends today. For all those hardworking parents who were denied those first precious days: Labour has delivered day one parental leave.
