@daniel_nguyenx I think it’s important to realize how much you are learning through building as well - even if every company doesn’t work 100%, remember that these skills may allow you to be employed at these frontier labs someday

With Fable 5 and the upcoming Sol 5.6, I have this growing anxiety. My negative nanny thought has been that when/if AGI is here, what I am building doesn’t seem to matter much anyway. Why keep grinding when the business might be crushed by bigger players with infinite token budget & better distribution. Then it becomes procrastination. I keep falling for the Next Big Thing fallacy: an idea that could potentially become huge before the window closes forever. The fear of being “permanent underclass”. And finally the guilt of not spending enough tokens. As if I’m throwing money away. Maybe I just need to touch more grass IDK. Does this happen to you too?

@emollick I feel like this just mirrors how much founders use GenAI - many companies still don’t use AI, so that explains a large amount at 0%

@WesRoth This is a huge upgrade from tools like GPT Images 2 for image editors. Those tools create stunning images, but this should be able to allow for customization that allows the user to make changes along with the AI for rapid prototyping!

🚨I have been Testing out Grok Build with Grok 4.5 on xhigh: - Im noticing rapid API/usage limit burn, but it is much much better than previous models I have tried from Grok like Composer 2.5 or Grok build (original). - It feels much more independant, accurate and can do much more even thinking for 15-30 mins while using very low build usage and being efficient to do what it needs for most things. - This is a very nice upgrade, I also feel that the usage limits on regular chat feel a bit more lenient post reset it feels around twice as generous with chat prompts for me personally ? What are your opinions on Grok 4.5?

The new GPT voice model seems absolutely incredible - I look forward to seeing how people use it in daily life

Most people think AI models “know” facts because they store answers like a giant database. That’s not really how it works. A model learns patterns in language, ideas, code, images, and relationships between concepts. When you ask a question, it predicts what should come next based on all those patterns. That’s why it can be weirdly smart in one answer and confidently wrong in another. It’s not looking up truth. It’s generating the most likely continuation.

Two things are true right now. GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, and Luna launch tomorrow and early testers are calling it the best model they've ever used, describing it as a massive jump that fixes every problem people had with 5.5. Fable 5 stays extended through July 12, but if Anthropic pulls it from subscriptions after that date, people will cancel Claude and move straight to OpenAI. I don't think Anthropic will actually pull this stunt because they can't afford to lose that many subscribers right when GPT-5.6 launches. Tomorrow decides a lot. Watch closely.
