Canadian's voted for nothing to change, things to get worse, bad inflation and orange man bad. They are the dumbest group of Voters on the planet. They didn't care about their quality of life, they cared about the TV making them irrationally angry.

@rupasubramanya @MarkJCarney well, Canadians have proven to be not very bright, so I wouldn't be surprised. And that's not conservatives he'd get, just the last of the stragglers from the left that "voted" conservative.

From @MarkJCarney 's first press conference, it's notable he doesn't talk about the environment where he's been a zealot. And some of his main points indicate a right of centre agenda on some key issues, such as strengthening border security, the criminal code, capping immigration, and attracting the best talent. I said two months ago that he was going to come for conservative voters, and if he shelves his extreme environmentalism, then he'll succeed.

@NorthrnPrspectv For now. I don't think there is anyone better. He worked hard. Made some big mistakes, which hopefully he and the team can learn from. Until someone better pop up, I think he's the best man for the job. Aaron Gunn at some point could be leader, for sure. Just needs time first.

Most of Toronto ended up voting red. My friends’ younger circles also voted red, mainly because they believe Carney is pro-choice & supportive of women and Pierre is not. Those 2 reasons alone drove their vote. Ironically, most of them are unemployed & still rely on their parents

A sad day for Canada. But the hope here was gone a long time ago. Time to wake up tomorrow, work on yourself and your family, and build whatever freedom you can. Money doesn't buy happiness, but it can buy freedom. And freedom gives you the time to find happiness. Good luck.

I lost hope in Canada prior to this election, but was thinking some sort of miracle could happen. Apparently not. Canadians love taking a punishing, and will be getting a lot more of it. I predict Carney will give away some free money for a little while to make it look good...

If it wasn't Trump, it would have been something else. Liberals are too good at controlling the game, and Cons don't know how to play it.

Shut your mouth. Podcasts do nothing. You know absolutely nothing about politics. Max Bernier from the PPC went on Tucker, and lost by 50%. Donald Trump is what destroyed the lead. It’s because almost all Canadians can’t stand him for the 51st state comments he made & people relate Conservatives with Republicans. If you knew anything about Canadians, you would know that it was YOUR PRESIDENT that lost us the election.

Canada, I certainly hope your candidate @PierrePoilievre did EVERYTHING in his power to win for YOU. I hope you held him accountable. I hope you drove him to EARN his victory instead of be entitled to one. I hope he and his team reached out to Tucker, Nelk, Rogan, Theo Von, Megyn Kelly, Shawn Ryan, Bill Maher, Lex Fridman and others to get his message heard. I certainly hope your fear of the liberal media in Canada didn’t bully you from campaigning the old fashion way. I hope this doesn’t become the most embarrassing LOSS a conservative candidate has suffered following a disastrous Truedea administration. If he loses to Carney after being ahead by a mile on polymarket just 90 days ago, this may go down as the most pathetic loss of all time. Your beautiful country and amazing people needed their hero to work his ass off. I’m not sure he did. I certainly hope I’m wrong and he wins but…. Future looks bright for those who campaign like their country counted on them!

I’ll be perfectly honest - I don’t care who wins in Canada. I don’t like either candidate.

@TheRealKeean Let's wait and see if they get the popular vote. Cons had it under O'Toole, even. But right now they look like they could lose that. Not looking great for him. You could almost say Carney and vote splitting is responsible, not Pierre, if you want to go that route.

Pierre Poilievre has increased the Conservative vote share to its highest point since 1988. Higher than Harper. Jagmeet Singh is the only loser today, and Pierre Poilievre will likely be Prime Minister in less than 24 months.

It won't be long before there aren't any young people who even remember how good Canada once was. It won't even be a concept to them. And, to top it off, Liberals and their media are good at rewriting history, so they'll think we all had it worse off than them. Canada is done.

That is not a correct assessment. The NWO clowns are damn scared of Canada, firstly because its not a republic but a constitutional monarchy. Secondly, the entire reason why Americans broke off from British North America was not because of over taxation, liberty freedom or other such mumbo jumbo reason. The reason the Americans brokes off was to establish a base of operations for NWO. I would hazard that British North America was on the right side of history and managed to carve out Canada. Now Canada sticks a sore thumb in the NWO plans. Soon you will see.

Conservative + Bloc is a majority right now. Pierre should offer a deal to the Bloc: More independence for ALL provinces.
