Helpful? Or unhelpful and lazy? In the past anytime I’ve tried to add an additional service to an existing request it wants me to reschedule so I thought I’d message them to add it.
I also wanted them to update the request. I opened it for a loud cracking / popping while turning left to right which I know to be control arms but it auto categorized it as a “noise concern” and had me approve a “customer pay” estimate of $255.

@spotted_model I can't make it out, but due to the lack of steel panels that survived the fire, it's made from aluminum, composite, or other light weight materials with low melting/burning points. As many EVs are.
