Yet another instance of lawlessness in the city, this time in a Government office by a public representative belonging to a political party! Where is #Odisha going to? @bmc Addl Commissioner manhandled inside the BMC office premises. The BMC employees are rightly agitated demanding action. Was this even remotely imaginable when @Naveen_Odisha was at the helm? Even @bjd_odisha party men would not have been spared by him if they indulged in such goondaism. Based on the Police complaint lodged by said Addl Commissioner, the perpetrators must be immediately arrested to give confidence to the employees as well as residents of Bhubaneshwar. Such LAWLESSNESS & CRIME must STOP in our city, Bhubaneswar, the capital of our state.

He is talking about govt jobs. In any state only locals get govt jobs as domicile law is implemented but in Bihar, in some cases 90% govt jobs go to outsiders. Aspiring govt teachers have been demanding this. Today, there are thousands of govt teachers from West Bengal, UP, MP, Rajasthan, Haryana & even Karnataka etc. So anyone can apply for govt job here but Biharis can't do the same elsewhere.
