This is why I love it so much… prevention isn’t sexy but it works. Although cycling and walking does give you sexy(er) legs and bum so… don’t just do it for tomorrow, do it for today 😉

Walking in the fresh air has many benefits. It improves cardiovascular health and boosts mood and mental clarity. Can you swap a short journey from motorised to walking or cycling.

@adele_bouchard @CycleWin Could do better… Needs safe pleasant and comfortable separate cycle infrastructure, widespread lower speed limits, bus and cycle gates, better safer drier bike parking in places you actually want it, and a massive awareness and education campaign… Whaddaya reckon?
