Dassault has reportedly refused to share source codes for the Rafale's AESA radar and SPECTRA EW suite with India, effectively keeping control of the jet's "brain." So, does this place the $40 billion, 114-jet deal between France and India in jeopardy?

Under President Trump’s leadership, this FBI has worked day and night with allies like Senator McCormick in DC to crush the plague of fentanyl in America. The results so far have been historic. Last year alone we seized enough fentanyl to kill 178 Americans - a 31% increase from the year prior. That’s a direct result of strong partnerships, interagency coordination, and an administration delivering policies that work - including our successful negotiations with China to cut off the precursors that fuel criminal traffickers. In major PA regions alone, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, FBI seized +60% more fentanyl than the year prior. We are eliminating the criminal traffickers and their networks day by day. Thank you to our local law enforcement partners in PA for the great work making it all possible.
