Are we going to pretend local electricians spending $2,800/month on Google Ads is sustainable in the AI age? I just asked ChatGPT "best electrician near me in Austin" — it recommended 3 businesses. None of them were running ads. None of them had the most reviews. They all had ONE thing in common: structured comparison content that AI could actually parse. Meanwhile, electricians are bidding $47/click on Google Ads for "emergency electrician Austin" — burning $140 before a single customer picks up the phone. The math doesn't math anymore. $200 blog post → cited by AI for 12+ months $2,800/mo Google Ads → gone the second you stop paying The businesses that win the next 5 years aren't the ones with the biggest ad budget. They're the ones AI recommends first. Comment "LOCALRANK" if you want my LLM citation framework and I'll DM it to you (Must be following)

@YoungbloodJoe GA4 confusing enough? Now Google adds LLMs-so I can get my bad insights even faster. At this pace, maybe Analytics Advisor will explain why we're all lost in the dashboard maze.

Piloting a weekly Zoom where a small group of marketers come together to help a business owner solve their biggest marketing challenge in 45 minutes… for free. Looking for a few founding members to join.

The most interesting marketing project I’ve ever worked on wasn’t a whitepaper or webinar. It was a comic book about real cybercrime. First issue: 777,922 impressions. Next issue: aiming for 1 million.

@bachlajdorian Why wait? Speed is a crucial factor for startups. Go for it, execute! Don't worry too much about the time. Make sure you are consistent.

@tommberg A version that is capable of executing the core functions should be fine. 10 user interviews to understand your ideal customer better so you save time and don't build unnecessary features.

On a general note: 1. Marketing 2. Building If you're technical, the obvious answer is that you need a marketing partner and vice versa. A $500k runway is pretty decent for hiring, but that being said, be careful about overhiring. Finally, Market validation, customer feedback, and go-to-market (GTM) momentum > technical problems. (Code can always be refined, re-written)

You're a solo founder and you get a 500k pre-seed. Who are you hiring first: business or engineering personnel?

@bachlajdorian Reddit is great for traffic. Don't promote outright though, take part in discussions. Share your knowledge. Ask questions, talk about painpoints. Redditors hate it if you give them a "promoting vibe". Also, r/Entrepreneur is a great community for founders.

@uxui_shan Don't mean to sound harsh or rude, but just take this as constructive feedback: You definitely have to fix that typo!

@shayanc__ Networking events, Reddit communities, discussion forums and even LinkedIn. Here's the thing: it's much easier to attract investor interest if you already have paying users.
