@tommberg A version that is capable of executing the core functions should be fine. 10 user interviews to understand your ideal customer better so you save time and don't build unnecessary features.

On a general note: 1. Marketing 2. Building If you're technical, the obvious answer is that you need a marketing partner and vice versa. A $500k runway is pretty decent for hiring, but that being said, be careful about overhiring. Finally, Market validation, customer feedback, and go-to-market (GTM) momentum > technical problems. (Code can always be refined, re-written)

@bachlajdorian Reddit is great for traffic. Don't promote outright though, take part in discussions. Share your knowledge. Ask questions, talk about painpoints. Redditors hate it if you give them a "promoting vibe". Also, r/Entrepreneur is a great community for founders.
