@GeorgeatasdaHub I just called your George phone number as yesterday after using approx 7 times the sunbed ripped right along the seam. The advisor said they can’t do anything because it’s past 100 days. The lounger is obvs faulty it should not rip along the seam. Please help

@GPAPassenger I’ve tried to amend my car park booking as I’ve out in the wrong dates but it wants to charge me again. I clicked cancel and it says £5 chg. do I get a refund for the original amount paid? Can’t see anything on your website about cancelling or amending

@premierinn absolute disgrace. Stayed at your Woking hotel on Wednesday which had no hot water and the kitchen was closed. Only informed upon check in and not on Monday when the problem started. Been told no compensation or refund. Had to have a cold 2 min shower, no breakfast
