@virginmedia the new hub 5 we got has done nothing but cause problems paying for high speed but it drops, nothing connects im bloody fuming as you have the cheek to price rise too ffs get it sorted or we are leaving its needed for streaming and video calls for a disabled oerson

@virginmedia My son whom is a vulnerable disabled adult was told his router would be delivered yesterday but nothing has arrived and he requires the router for Internet video calls and contact for his carers and those close to him & he has no access to e mail on his phone at all
