Prime Minister and Cabinet, Canadians voted Liberal because they expected Liberal policies, not Conservative-style decisions under a Liberal banner. People voted for leadership grounded in fairness, compassion, inclusion, and evidence-based policy. What we are seeing too often now feels like a political shift away from those values. This is not just disappointing; it is a betrayal of the mandate many Canadians supported. If your government was elected on Liberal principles, then govern with Liberal principles. Stop copying “conservative” approaches to appease pressure and start delivering the agenda people actually voted for. Canadians are paying attention.
