@Krefelder78 Orales B12 tut da nichts. Braucht Injektionen. Im Wiki-Artikel falsch: IF produziert nicht B12 sondern sorgt für Aufnahme aus der Nahrung. Wenn die Zellen mit IF im Magen fehlen kann man über oralen Weg kein B12 aufnehmen.

So, bin jetzt in der Klinik aufgenommen. Muss sagen echt top hier bisher. Hätte ich gleich hingehen sollen. Könnte man gut aushalten hier, wenn es mir nicht so schlecht ginge und wenigstens meine Hände noch normal funktionieren würden.
