How do you go from uni to Shark Tank? 🎓 🦈 Hint: It's about going from avoiding the spotlight to embracing it. While pursuing her Master's, Alexandra Kammer felt that “motivating people to keep consuming on a burning planet” was against her values. This led her to focus on social sustainability and diversity. She soon met her co-founders, and started Aivy, an HR tech company that makes hiring easier for companies and fairer for candidates. A year after her Masters, her team went through a casting process that got them selected for Germany's Shark Tank, Die Höhle der Löwen. At first, she struggled with insecurity and self-doubt. Now, she looks back at that experience and the exposure with gratitude. If you're a founder battling self-doubt, this episode of the SaaS Operator is for you! 🎧 Listen to the full episode here: youtu.be/kMTE0iyojSs?si…
