This is an awful story
Tom Boyd has severe autism but he enjoys stacking shelves so he offered to do it for free at his local Waitrose.
They let him work for SIX HUNDRED HOURS UNPAID over FOUR YEARS
His family asked could he be paid going forward because he's doing such a great job and WAITROSE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE
@waitrose have a heart for christ sake!
The lad is clearly doing a decent job or you wouldn't have had him be your slave for the past 4 years

Today is the last day that Lebanese farmers in Blida can harvest their olives. They have had to obtain permits from the IDF via UNIFIL to farm their own land. During the war and the ceasefire period, the Israeli army committed ecocide on a mass scale, destroying olive trees with equipment and white phosphorus attacks. Some of the olive tres they destroyed were hundreds of years old.

Heartbreaking news: I've just received word that the elderly Palestinian woman who was assaulted by settlers has been moved to the intensive care unit (ICU) after suffering a brain hemorrhage caused by the attack.

But you’ll never see Dinesh D’Souza or Bill Maher cry about this or demand justice for her the way they’ve been wailing about the ISIS gangs in Gaza getting their asses kicked for the last week.

A masked Israeli settler armed with a club assaulted an elderly Palestinian woman this morning while she was picking olives in her own land in Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, causing her to lose consciousness.
The incident is part of an ongoing state-backed campaign of settler terrorism across the occupied West Bank, which has intensified since the start of the olive harvest season.

⚡️🇵🇸BREAKING: Dr. Munir Al-Bursh, Director of Health in the Gaza Strip:
We received 90 bodies in two batches.
Some of the bodies had been run over by tanks. Others belonged to patients who were already ill and had colostomy bags installed, yet they were killed or left to die.
Signs of torture were clearly visible, and some of the bodies had been dissected. We suspect that their organs were stolen, but further examination is needed to confirm this. However, based on previous firsthand experience, this appears to be a recurring Israeli practice, as we have repeatedly found bodies with missing organs.

The current deal states that Israel will return 15 bodies of Palestinians for each deceased Israeli captive. Estimates of the number of bodies of deceased Palestinians that Israel is currently holding range from 600-720+.
