今さら聞けないガイル村用語解説 ・社会人コンボ 「Dゲージを使わず、むしろ回復できるSA2のコンボが欲しい」というひぐち村長の要望から生まれた。名前の由来はドリームは無理だからサラリーマンで…という発想から ・人生勝ち組コンボ 元々は単に「最大コンボ」と呼ばれていた。しかしある日 ひぐち村長とドンピシャさんの会話で「これが出来ればモテまくり勝ちまくり人生勝ち組確定」というフレーズが出てきて、それ以来人生勝ち組コンボと呼ばれるようになった。社会人コンボとは逆に、Dゲージをふんだんに使って最大の威力を出すコンボ

＃ガイル研究 既出かもしれませんがODブレイドの新コンボの共有を、 相手がしゃがんでたり、準デカキャラ、デカキャラ関係無しにはいります。 これなら実用性はかなりありそうだし、Dゲージ3本前提ならこの状況でのSA1最大ではある…かな？

@Quarter_Cheese I liked Guile largely because I saw him as a solid A-tier character, definitely not as strong as the S-tiers, but still strong enough to compete, and not the kind of character who would get hit too hard by patches. But I was wrong. Characters like Ed, Mai, and JP still strong.

Guile is the same thing as jp where hes utterly insane but hes hard so people downplay

@Quarter_Cheese I still think JP is still overtuned, but Guile is in a pretty balanced character right now. As someone who plays both Guile and JP, I still prefer Guile because he feels a lot more fair.

@Quarter_Cheese Guile is nowhere as good as JP, JP is much easier to play, yet the reward he gets is way higher. Compared to Guile, a lot of JP’s moves are just unfair. The combo you showed, it’s not only extremely difficult, but also very spacing-specific, probably never see it in a real match

@broskiFGC At the same time, I don’t think nerfing all the top tiers into the ground and then replacing them with a new batch of top tiers is a reasonable way to balance the game. Anyway, we’ll see what the Season 4 patch looks like. I just hope Capcom can make their updates more regular.

seeing speculation that the larger seasonal patch will drop with ingrid, which certainly is a possibility, but it'd be such a moronic move to drop the small balance patch right after capcom cup when zero events are happening, and then drop the big one midway through cpt/sfl etc

@broskiFGC Just like you said in your video before, I think this approach of giving every character new tools is pretty good, but it’s too slow. It would be much better if we got four updates a year.

@ScrawtV I also realized that a lot of classic players aren’t really any slower than Modern players when it comes to inputting reversals, and sometimes there’s basically no difference at all, so I just dropped the idea.

I don't like Modern but I find it fascinating because of how normalized it is in Japan while in here the first step is to mock the player So much for SF being welcoming lmao

@ScrawtV But modern has fewer normals and fewer supers, so it’s definitely weaker. And except for some one-button supers, the inputs feel kind of weird and awkward to use, there is also more scale for easy combo. I think it’s fine as long as those merit are balanced by the demerit.
