@ShibbyCasts I thought his ult was a little OP at first as a tank player but after playing against him some more its not that bad. People on my ranked teams have even stopped instalocking him already 😅

Cyclops is definitely strong in the new season but he does not feel overwhelmingly OP to play against Granted I'm comparing him to heroes like release Elsa & Black Cat who were WAY over tuned but realistically all he might need is a slight damage nerf #marvelrivals

In my experience it is melee players precisely that lock in the 3rd dps instead of a 2nd tank or even 2nd support. Its always the Helas, Buckys or even the 2nd tank that end up filling because melee/dive players just wanna play for themselves

They dont seem to understand that the mechancis and game sense carries over from that role. When have you seen support players practice aim or teks?

Yall I won’t lie we don’t need any more dps for atleast 3 seasons, we need way more vanguards and supports if you want people to play other roles

@GIRob0t @necros_ow What a stupid video lol. The damage isn’t the issue. It’s her survivability / mobility. Removing the dash and giving her 1 dash an 8 second cooldown has killed the character entirely. Every dive should have an escape mechanism and they just made that near impossible for her.

I really thought Black Cat was gonna be their dive cash cow that they never nerf, kind of like how Luna and Invis are for support, but man, the new Black Cat is GENUINELY unplayable. It's possible to adapt but what's the point? All the nerfs stacked up make her so unfun to play. It's one thing to nerf a hero, it's another to completely eradicate them.

@2KMethodology @victhorson Yeah i play a lot of Groot, Dino, Mag and Peni for example and my health just gets deleted because every new release character needs percentage based damage for some reason 🫩

@victhorson @ElAngryBird8 Yep, exactly this. I play Groot/Mag if I tank so I’m probably toast if I’m not ult tracking but highly mobile tanks like Thor, Venom, and Rogue can get out. It’s tough if you play main tanks fs tho

Couple initial thoughts - wrong season for dive to be nerfed 😭 - his ult isn’t THAT bad tbh, very avoidable - If you have good accuracy on Luna you’ll be good on Cyclops - He has really good movement BUT it’s not that oppressive YET - A tier character, very fun

This perfectly demonstrates how this community expects differently of supports vs everyone else. Honing in on IF not using any abilities like WF isn’t doing the exact same thing. The whole point of the clip is to pit his ult against her cooldown ability and guess which wins

@necros_ow They have quite literally never made changes like this in the games history, the character is completely gutted, I never played her but even I can recognize this is the most severe set of nerfs in the game history, torch was just a product of the meta so I’m putting her on top

@yung_dostrow My take honestly is the fact that they all look like extremely generic characters. Poor designs to throw with it too. Just overall none of them hit for the reveal.

It's so crazy to me that I'm seeing people get so upset about completely original characters being added to Street Fighter. Really that they would get upset about it in any fighting game.

@what_wha_ @birufgc Street Fighter 5 quite literally dropped a season with 5 new comers and only Akuma returning. Not the first time this happens and most of the newcomers that dropped with Akuma became loved characters

@purrrfectly_ If it's an isolated fight use the charm and immediately cancel into your melee form. Since the charm makes them walk toward you for a split second it's easier to lineup the dash

@hoecxkes @tinymilks Twitter is the only place you will find people arguing the same topic but completely missing the point. No cooldown should stat check an ultimate 1 to 1. Hopefully this helps.
