Our Project Lead @ZarainSA working with @gisp_sa & the Department of Social Development to develop a policy for social assistance for children and adults with disabilities in South Africa. Cash transfers are important, but only one aspect of comprehensive social protection!

Last week our @ZarainSA was invited by @gisp_sa to present her PhD research on the Care Dependency Grant for children with disabilities to inform the development of a social assistance policy for people with disabilities in SA. Here she is with reps from GISP and DSD.
