Tell me WHERE in the first amendment Flag burning is covered! This is particularly funny from someone who like you swears that he's only concerned about the constitution. Here is the full text of the first amendment, please show me where flag burning is covered in that text: ""Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Where, please WHERE ?

Flag burning, whether it’s 🇺🇸 or 🇮🇱, is covered by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Neither Congress nor the President nor a Judge can make it illegal.
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

Burning your own American flag is nenarded, but it’s not illegal, nor should it be. No one should want a federal government so powerful that it can lock you up for a year for burning your own stuff. Thankfully our Constitution prohibits Congress from making such stupid laws.

@Samsez17 @DerryBryson @jsolomonReports Neither of his impeachments was over Russian interference in our election. (The first was about him trying to strongarm him into getting Ukraine to interfere in our election, the second was over his attempted coup.) None of this even sounds like a crime, let alone TREASON.

@DerryBryson @jsolomonReports Insain cope. Using the FBI to prop up fake intel and secure fruadulent FISA warrants is highly illegal. That's only act 1. The conspiracy continued on into the Mueller SC. That led to the impeachment. After the 2020 shit sow, it led to the Mar A Lago raid. Treason. Cry more!

This is the smoking gun evidence inside Durham annex. If it is authenticated by further investigation it means liberal mega donor George Soros’ team knew the whole Clinton plan for Russiagate hoax four days before FBI opened up probe. And so did Obama, Brennan, and Comey.

You can't become this RICH in Congress without being a CROOK. Adam Schiff's net worth is ~$70M. His salary is $174,000, with an estimated annual income of $5M–$8M and ~$8M in cash in bank accounts. He owns a luxury yacht and spends ~$500K per month. Assets include 9 luxury cars, $1M in gold, $610K in crypto, $5M in retirement, $12M in stocks, 5 houses, and 18 luxury watches.

George Soros received $260M from USAID. Chelsea Clinton received $84M from USAID. Thousands of North Carolinians are living in tents and its snowing on them. They got $750. Democrats are perfectly fine with all of this.

@MilaLovesJoe #SIGH IF these tax cuts are enacted you can be sure there will be many more for billionaires. The House passed a budget resolution a few weeks ago calling for trillions in tax cuts for the rich - offset by trillions in cuts for services for working Americans.

@awinston Apparently the offending slide referred to the number of humanitarian workers killed in Gaza, NOT the number of civilian deaths. Which probably makes this cancellation even less defensible. And let's not even talk about objecting to her objection to cuts to USAID. Shameful.

@cremieuxrecueil Would be true IF SAT scores were the only or even the best criteria for college admission. But of course they're not and at NYU they're optional. So this is just a bunch of racist BS, probably by folks who couldn't get in to NYU.

BREAKING NEWS: Judge John Coughenour came out with the following statement after issuing a preliminary injunction on Trumps executive order for ending birthright citizenship. "It has become ever more apparent that to our president, the rule of law is but an impediment to his policy goals. The rule of law is, according to him, something to navigate around or simply ignore, whether that be for political or personal gain… There are moments in the world's history where people look back and ask, ‘Where were the lawyers, where were the judges?" Coughenour said. "In these moments, the rule of law becomes especially vulnerable. I refuse to let that beacon go dark today." Thank you, Judge Coughenour! RT if you agree with him! 💙

@Michell33650674 Let's be really clear: the people responsible for Trump's crimes are Trump and his toadies - not Biden, not Harris. Let's fight the correct enemy; we have a big enough fight.

I'm sorry, but I can't defend President Biden. He could have used his Emergency Presidential Powers to stop this. He was the only one who could do it. He had the authority. We provided him with the legal path. He had the military on his side. He knew what would happen.

@Jordanunbroken2 @sam_verdict @EndWokeness Again, you should read the Constitution as to how it defines treason. Anyway, if treason - or "even" espionage - were any everyday occurrence in the military that's a hell of a problem and an awfully big whistle you should blow.

@FASOLTofICELAND @sam_verdict @EndWokeness A court martial is just a military court. Everything that happens is not listed because everything is not public and can disruct or otherwise damage OPSEC. Military personnel selling secrets is treason regardless of whether the court martial lists it as such for the public.

@Jordanunbroken2 @sam_verdict @EndWokeness Funny, in about two seconds of searching I turned up official records of 1744 court martial convictions of Army personnel - ranging from destruction of property to possession of child porn. I'm to believe treason - the worst crime there is - wouldn't be listed? Right.

@Jordanunbroken2 @sam_verdict @EndWokeness Okay, then you can name some cases of service members being charged with TREASON. Not desertion. Not espionage. Not any other crime major or minor, but TREASON. (And you can specify your role in these proceedings.)

@Jordanunbroken2 @sam_verdict @EndWokeness Only one person has been charged with treason since the 1950s. I find it difficult to believe that military personnel are charged with treason every day. Please provide details on cases of military personnel so charged and your involvement in those cases.

@Jordanunbroken2 @sam_verdict @EndWokeness Nope. The dictionary is not the law of the United States. Again, you might want to glance at the Constitution - Article III, Section 3. (You'd think a philologist would know the value of consulting original texts.)
