Brilliant move by Iran. They are planning to levy a 10% toll on all ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. This will generate $73 billion a year, completely offsetting US sanctions and paying for war damages. Checkmate.

This doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
Seems as if the administration might actually think landing troops along the shores of the strait is a way they can secure it. Inevitably it will turn into a need to push all the way to Tehran.

You are way off base. This man is a great sherrif. He does cooperate with ICE. He wants a path for some illegals (I disagree with him). However, he is not neglecting federal law. He is complying. He expressed an opinion. He did not disregard state or federal directives in any way.
